hello again.

I've just put up our newest edition of the blog.
OUR FAMILY TREEEE.
(So that we'll always always remember the true Hibiscis that were here, whether for short or long)

and our second newest edition are the links to other patrols and the guidesblog.
I won't put up a links section for the people in hibiscus 'cause currently, i think only i have a blog.
Unless someone else here has one, then come tell me kay.So i'll open one links section for the people here :D

Hi everyone! I feel so lost after camp cos there’s no longer a tight schedule to follow and my legs feel uncomfortably unitchy :\
Slept right after dinner till morning for almost 10 hours! But my eyes are searing with pain cause I’m still sleepy!! Okay why am I crapping so much?

Anyway, I felt like I had a lot more to say to you guys but I just didn’t know how to start, so sorry that I made you guys sit through such an awkward and silent farewell..
AHHH we didn’t get to take a patrol picture too!!! Let’s all bring our patrol tees for the next patrol meeting okay? Then we can hang them on our chests and pretend we’re wearing them :D

Thanks for putting so much effort into the farewell gifts! They’re so colourful and cheery and SWEET! Omg you gave us so many things that I HAD TO TAKE A TAXI HOME!!! And I had no space for my legs even though I sat in the taxi alone! Now my arms can’t swing cause they’re aching but they’re aching HAPPILY!

I just want to say that I’m really glad I was in this patrol. Even though the sec 4s and 3s all came from different patrols and Hibiscus really started out awkward as heck, all of us managed to bond so much within this short span of 1½ yrs because everyone had made an effort to get along with each other J And wow, each one of you, sec4s through to sec1s are really damn funny people and that’s why hibiscus is such a special patrol!

Sec 3s, all 3 of you came down for patrol meetings every single time without fail and set a very good example :] thanks for always being there [ since you all can’t be that much less busy than the sec fours, it must have been quite tiring to come down all the time luh] it gave me a lot of support because I can always count on all of you to remind such an idiotic PL like me of stuff that I’m supposed to do/collect that I keep forgetting about!

And as a PL, I’m really sorry for all the times I was late for patrol meeting and all the times that you members have to go through all sorts of shit cause I keep forgetting to pass you forms or forgetting to pass down info etc… SORRY FOR BEING SUCH A RETARD!!!

Aiya though this is super biased but I <3 you THREEs the most! Haha cause I knew you guys for the longest [apart from Nerice!]

Sec 2s…. I’m very proud to have such outstanding members like you, and you guys were the pioneer bunch of 100% pure hibiscans! Janice, I hope that becoming the new PS of Hibiscus will truly enrich your guiding journey and that you would work well with Beverly to lead Hibiscus to become the BEST PATROL EVER!! Although it’ll be hard to accept so many transfers from our patrol, you all have be strong about this and continue to support each other wherever you are okay? Minyi and Priscilla, take along that HIBISCAN SPIRIT with you and shine brightly in your new patrols!! You may be somewhere else but you will always be HIBISCI. You sec 2s are really some crazy bunch man, always HYSTERICAL, always GIGGLING for no apparent reason, always HAPPY and always HUGGING EACH OTHER [haha that one came out weird]. You all brought so much spirit and happiness to this patrol and it’s really heartwarming to see how close you all were. That’s why I believe that whichever patrol you are in, you’ll all be able to stay together and keep that hibiscan friendship everlasting J

Sec 1s, I don’t know whether you two are very brave, born enthu or just plainly very warm people because you settled into this patrol so quickly [even though you bring homework to patrol meetings!!!! >:@] Getting you guys to take patrol picture is like trying to herd two squealing pigs into the slaughterhouse!!! Though there’s one part of me that’s very freaked out by your stalkerness, the other half of me is really excited because you are so passionate about guides and I know you are going to do well as guides! Thanks for your cheerfulness and funny antics, I think proboscis monkeys are too sluggish to represent you guys..
You have a long long journey ahead in guides and don’t start enjoying it too late! Besides camp and Hikes, guides may get quite dry sometimes but it’s up to you to make the most out of every session so I wish all of you A HAPPY AND FULFILLING GUIDING JOURNEY!

And of course to Nerice, I rmb the first time I got to know you was at some campfire in sec 1! But we finally got to become friends after being in the same patrol and class :)
Thanks for your help all this while and because you were there, I wasn’t as scared initially to be in hibiscus.

Everyone, thanks for all the hilarious memories you have given me!! Though it hadn’t been a very clean farewell and promotion had been a real shock to all of you, Hibiscus is made up of the times we shared together and the hibiscans, past or present, who created them together, so even though all of you will leave guides one day, we’re all part of this VERY COOL FAMILY <3333333333
